Bata garlic 1 tbsp
Bata Jeera 1 tsp

Soya sauce 1/4 cup
1/2 tablespoon of white vinegar
1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
Tomato sauce 1/4 cup
Chilli powder 2 tbsp
1 egg
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Cornflour 1/4 cup
Flour 1 cup
Baking soda 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil as needed
Method of making chicken fries
First, cut the chicken meat into small pieces according to size wash well, and drain the water. Then add ginger paste, garlic paste, chili powder, cumin powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, tomato sauce, salt to taste, chili powder, sugar, and knead all the ingredients together very well. Then take an egg and mix well with the beaten meat. Then leave the whole mixture for thirty minutes.
Then take a sieve and sift flour, baking soda, and coneflower together in this sieve. After 30 minutes, mix the chicken with the dry flour mixture little by little. Note that when a little more than lightly coated, no more flour should be added, as if too heavily coated after frying the chicken you will see that it will be very hard.
